By downloading or using WorthIt (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

WorthIt is provided to help users calculate work values and generate invoices. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of the information you enter
  • How you present invoices to clients
  • Any agreements you make with clients outside the app

2. No Payment Processing

WorthIt does not process payments.

  • The app does not collect or store payment information
  • Payment links and QR codes added to invoices are provided by you
  • Any payments made by clients are handled by third-party services of your choice

We are not responsible for failed payments, disputes, or issues arising from third-party payment platforms.

3. Data Storage

All data entered into WorthIt is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

You are responsible for backing up your data. Deleting the app may result in permanent data loss.

4. In-App Purchases

WorthIt offers an optional one-time Pro upgrade.

  • This is a single purchase, not a subscription
  • Pricing and refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Access to Pro features may be restored using the platform’s restore purchases functionality

Refund requests must be made through the app store where the purchase occurred.

5. Intellectual Property

The WorthIt app, including its design, features, branding, and content, is owned by its creator and protected by applicable laws.

You may not:

  • Copy or modify the app
  • Reverse engineer or redistribute the app
  • Use the app’s branding without permission

Invoices generated by the app remain your property.

6. Availability and Changes

We may:

  • Update the app to improve performance or fix issues
  • Modify or discontinue features without notice
  • Update these Terms of Use from time to time

We are not liable for any interruptions or data loss resulting from updates.

7. Disclaimer

WorthIt is provided “as is”.

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of calculations for legal or tax purposes
  • That the app will meet all professional or regulatory requirements
  • That invoices generated will be accepted by all clients or authorities

You should consult a professional if you require legal, tax, or financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorthIt shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of income or business
  • Disputes with clients
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app

9. Termination

You may stop using WorthIt at any time by uninstalling the app. These terms remain applicable as long as you use the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
