Please fill out the form below with your account email. Once submitted, we will send you a confirmation email to ensure that it’s really you making the request.

Please respond to that email to confirm your account deletion. Upon confirmation, your account will be scheduled for deletion, which will be completed within 30 days.

The 30-day period allows us to verify the deletion request and gives you some time to reconsider your decision. If you change your mind during this period, you can cancel the deletion request.

Please Note: The Finality of Account Deletion

We want to make sure you’re fully informed before making the decision to delete your account. Deleting your account is a permanent operation. Once completed, you will lose access to all recorded data, including but not limited to your progress, body assessments, meal plans, exercise plans, and chat messages. Furthermore, any remaining time on your subscription will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred. We recommend considering this carefully and ensuring you have saved any information you may want to keep before proceeding with the account deletion.
