WorthIt (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the WorthIt mobile application.

WorthIt is designed to work primarily on your device. We collect minimal data and do not sell or share your information.

  • Client names (for invoices)
  • Work details (hours, days, rates, flat fees)
  • Invoice notes and optional payment links
  • Optional company name and logo (Pro feature)

This information is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share it

Automatically collected information

  • Basic app diagnostics (crash logs, performance data) provided by the app platform (Apple or Google)

We do not collect:

  • Personal identity data
  • Location data
  • Contact lists
  • Payment or banking details
  • Browsing behavior
  • Advertising identifiers

2. Payments

WorthIt does not process payments.

  • We do not store credit card details
  • We do not handle client payments
  • Optional payment links and QR codes are provided by you and point to third-party services of your choice

All in-app purchases (one-time Pro upgrade) are handled securely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment information.

3. How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used only to:

  • Calculate work values
  • Generate invoices
  • Display work history
  • Allow exporting or sharing invoices

We do not analyze, profile, or monetize your data.

4. Data Storage

  • Data is stored locally on your device
  • If you export or share invoices, the data is handled by the platform or app you choose (email, messaging apps, cloud storage, etc.)
  • WorthIt does not automatically upload your data to external servers

5. Third-Party Services

WorthIt may rely on:

  • Apple App Store / Google Play for purchases
  • Platform services for crash reporting and diagnostics

These services operate under their own privacy policies.

6. Data Sharing

We do not:

WorthIt retains your data only as long as it exists on your device.
You can delete your data at any time by:

  • Removing entries inside the app
  • Uninstalling the app
